Manohar Lal Sahni

M. L. Sahni, M.A.(English), LL.B. from Punjab University, joined the Delhi Judicial Service in 1972 and retired as member of Delhi Higher Judicial Service on 31st October, 2003, having attained the age of superannuation. He has been enrolled as an Advocate to practice at High Courts, the Supreme Court of India, and with the Bar Council of India.

He is a Member of the Delhi Bar Association and the Delhi High Court Bar Association, since after retirement.

He has worked as Metropolitan Magistrate, Civil Judge, Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Rent Controller, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Labour Court Judge, Industrial Tribunal, Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Distt. & Sessions Judge, Special Judge (C.B.I.), Designated Judge under T.A.D.A., Judicial Member, Central Administrative Tribunal, President, District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, New Delhi and lastly as Member (Judicial), Delhi State Consumer Redressal Commission, New Delhi.
